WATCH: Daddy Showkey uses water to bless Patoranking

Africans are very traditional people. Believing the blessings to be very important, the welcome any opportunity to receive it from the elders. Some come in form of words alone, while others might come along  with a ritual of sprinkling water, or spraying liqueur.

Check out this video showing how Patoranking, received New Year blessings from veteran musician Daddy Showkey. It shows Patoranking kneeling, while Daddy showkey prays for him, pouring water on his head in the process.
